Two weeks ago I wanted to go get a little bit of skiing in, and figured I might as well make it an overnight, so I brought along my friend and labmate Rongwu for his first ever backpacking trip out on Ptarmigan Ridge, where we had tons of flowers, a stunning sunset and a little bit of unforecast overnight sprinkles.
